CoParadiso
Factory 2, 10–12 Moreland Rd, Brunswick East.
What makes Co Paradiso special is the people who fill it. Filmmakers, editors, journalists, producers, directors, environmentalists, social workers, urban planners, designers, mortgage brokers, web developers. And, a hair salon out the back, which is why our hair always looks flawless.
The building has been a few things in its time. A boxing gym for a stretch, then a creative studio that an animator stumbled into one day, followed by a colourist, a director, and what appeared to be an entire film crew who arrived one Tuesday and simply never left. When the pandemic ended that chapter, Coparadiso took shape; a coworking space nobody quite planned and everyone seems glad about. Kim Freeman took the reins in 2022 and has been quietly shaping it into the place it is today.
It's the living room you wish you had. Free snacks, inside jokes, plenty of colour, and a community we're genuinely grateful for.
Somewhere between a warehouse and a living room, Coparadiso is your secret coworking paradise.

Kim and Sofia
Meet the Co Paradiso Captains steering this absolute circus of a good time.
Mr. Kim Freeman - owner and creator of the magic himself. This wizard is one loose unit, bringing not just an exceptional colour pallete, but HUGE YES MAN energy to the space. Kim took on Co Paradiso in 2022, and has made it what it is today; an incredibly unique, vibrant, quirky, warm, and relaxed community of people doing fun n’ flirty things.
And then, there’s Ms Viegas - Kim’s trusty side kick and bubbly Studio Manager. She’s pure high vibes, met with immaculate organisation, helping all of the cogs turn seamlessly behind the scenes. When she’s not running tours and responding to your juicy enquiries, she’s organising a fabulous pot-luck lunch for all of our members, or writing sticky notes in the toilet of how hot you all look (you really do look smoking)!
This dynamic duo are here to bring dreams to life, meticulously wipe down kitchen benches, and make sure Co Para truly feels like a home away from home; a cosy (sometimes productive) inner north living room, where weirdos come to congregate and sometimes send emails.
